[Khung – Plaza Indonesia Mall] This restaurant has a magnificent ambiance as well as cuisines. So, here’s my opinion on several desserts served in this restaurant:
1. Khung’s Orange Molten (IDR 63)
Cookies crumble and ice cream were placed in a clear glass layered with a cookies and orange molten lava cake on the very top (as you cut it, the molten orange will drip down the glass and mixed up with the ice cream n cookies, sounds amazing right?!) Not to forget the edible flower inside the glass. Everything was beautifully placed next to each other. Not that sweet, really love those combinations.
2. Mochi Banana ( IDR 52) This dessert was made up of banana flavored with rum, condensed milk, white chocolate all wrapped inside a glutinous chewy mochi skin. Served with pieces of crackers and caramelized sugar on the outside. Unique and no that sweet. Love it!
3. Shonzu Whizz Cocktail – one of the signature drink that you need to order when you visit Khung. This cocktail basically made of Ginger, Lemon, Fresh Mint, Rhum, and Vodka. The way they present the drink was quite spectacular as they torched the drink with a flamethrower. Creating a slight roasted aroma inside the cocktail. Perfectly refreshing during both day and night!
